Please read these terms & conditions (“Terms”) carefully.  By entering the Promotion (as defined below), you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms.  Please refer to paragraph 6.1 of these Terms which refers you to information explaining how the data you provide us with when entering this Promotion will be used.

1. How to enter
   1. This promotion (“Promotion”) is open to all UK residents aged 18 years or over.
   2. You will automatically be entered into the Promotion upon completion of a quote for motorbike insurance at [https://www.bennetts.co.uk]. Entrants must supply full details as required to complete a quote.
   3. Only one entry to this Promotion is permitted. Entries over the maximum number of entries will be void. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this Promotion.
   4. By submitting your entry, you confirm that you have read and understood these Terms and agree to be bound by them.
2. Start date and Closing date
   1. This Promotion will start on 08 April 2022.
   2. The closing date for entries to this Promotion is 30^th November 2022 at 11:59pm (“Closing Date”). Entries received by us after this time (whether or not they were submitted before) will be void and will not be entered into this Promotion.
3. Eligibility
   1. To enter this Promotion, you must be a resident of the UK and be aged 18 or over at the time of entry.
   2. For the avoidance of doubt you will require a computer or other internet-enabled device and an internet connection to enter the Promotion. It is the responsibility of the entrant to ensure permission is gained from the owner of the computer and the individual who pays for the internet service provider. No refund may be claimed for expenses related to the use of an internet connection for the purpose of participating in this Promotion.
   3. The following persons are not eligible to enter:
      1. our employees or workers, or the employees or workers of any company in our group;
      2. agents, associates or contractors of Lee Johnston Ltd;
      3. employees or workers of any organisation involved in the operation or administration of this Promotion including prize suppliers and advertising agencies; and
      4. members of their immediate families.
   4. Entries will be void if they:
      1. do not comply with these Terms;
      2. are incomplete or illegible; or
      3. are considered by the promoter to be part of an attempt to manipulate or unfairly influence the outcome of this Promotion.
   5. We may ask for proof of age, residence or eligibility. Delay or failure to provide the evidence to our reasonable satisfaction may result in an entry being void or a prize being forfeited.
   6. Our decision as to whether an entrant (or their entry) is eligible for this Promotion is final and we are not obliged to provide any reasons for disqualification.
4. Prize
   1. The prize is supplied by Lee Johnston Ltd”) and is one 1997 Suzuki GSXR 750 motorcycle:
      1. a current MOT; and
      2. at least half a tank of fuel.
   2. The winner is responsible for arranging (and bearing the costs of) all costs incidental to the fulfilment of the prize or associated with the use of the prize that are not expressly described in paragraph 4.1 above, including:
      1. arranging appropriate motorcycle insurance and vehicle tax; and
      2. any transport arrangements associated with the collection of the prize as described in paragraph 5.5.
   3. If necessary due to circumstances beyond our control, we may (at our option) substitute the prize for a reasonable equivalent of equal or higher value.
   4. The prize is for the named winner only and cannot be given or transferred to any other erson.
5. SELECTION AND contacting of the winner
   1. One winner will be selected at random by software provided from all valid entries received before the Closing Date and verified by us and or our agents.
   2. Winner selection will take place on 1 December 2022 or such other date as we may notify to entrants in writing.
   3. Once chosen, we will notify the winner as soon as possible using the contact details provided in the entry.
   4. Reasonable efforts will be made to make contact the winner over a period of two weeks. If it has not been possible to contact the winner in that time, the prize will be forfeited and alternative winner will be selected at random in accordance with paragraph 5.1.
   5. If you are the winner of the prize, you will have 14 days from the date we notify you that you have won to collect the prize.
   6. If you do not claim the prize by this date, your claim will become invalid.
6. Publicity and use of personal information
   1. We will use your personal information only in accordance with these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
   2. The name of the winner will be published at bennetts.co.uk after the Closing Date.
   3. Entrants who do not want their name and county included on the list of winners referred to above must notify us within a reasonable period of time before the closing date of this Promotion. See clause 8 below for our contact details.
   4. The winner of this Promotion may be asked to participate in publicity.
7. Our liability

   While nothing in these Terms will limit our or Lee Johnston Ltd liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud, neither us nor Lee Johnston Ltd will not be legally responsible to entrants or winners for any losses that were not foreseeable to us or to you at the time of entry to this Promotion or which are caused by a third party.

   2. The laws of England and Wales apply to these Terms, although if you are resident elsewhere you will retain the benefit of any mandatory protections given to you by the laws of that country.
   3. Any disputes will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. This means that you can choose whether to bring a claim in the courts of England and Wales or in the courts of another part of the UK in which you live.
